There is no initiative that is not built around people and commuinities.
We have to build change, starting with ourselves. This is one of the reasons why this convoy is taking off.
The idea for the convoy appeared a year ago. Alfons, our friend and one of the pillars of the initiative, remembered his struggle during the war in Bosnia – then he, together with his friends, organized humanitarian and other aid, traveled to the country in the midst of the war and did everything in his power to establish a just peace. Then peace came, but it is difficult to call it just. Alfons hopes that it will be different with Ukraine.
It is simply not enough to hope! And it is true, you need to take action. That is why we started this path. Currently we are a small group of volunteers, but we believe that in a couple of months we will be an international team.
