We are people from many countries carrying supplies, presence and solidarity to communities living the war in Ukraine. Every convoy is a message: you are not alone.
Last winter, solidarity campaigns organised by European and international civil society helped Ukraine endure. This year, even greater, better coordinated and more visible solidarity will be needed.
An international mission of solidarity
By the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027, the Ukrainian people will once again face, for the fifth time, the terrible prospect of another winter at war
Despite everything, the Ukrainian people continue to resist, both on the front line and on the home front. They continue to defend their sovereignty and their democracy, while insisting that international law must be applied in practice, not only in principle.
Last winter, solidarity campaigns organised by European and international civil society helped Ukraine endure. This year, even greater, better coordinated and more visible solidarity will be needed.

From Europe to Ukraine
Before reaching Ukraine, the convoy will travel through several European cities*.
The Southern Route, the most defined so far, will depart from Barcelona and pass through France (Perpignan, Lyon), Switzerland (Geneva), Germany and Poland; the Central Route will depart from the United Kingdom (London), passing through Belgium (Brussels), Germany and Poland; the Northern Route will depart from Norway, passing through Sweden and Poland.
At each stop we will organize public meetings, discussions and solidarity events together with trade unions, NGOs, feminist organizations, environmental movements, LGBTIAQ+ organizations and other democratic initiatives.
These meetings will help expand an international network of solidarity while collecting support for the final stage of the mission in Ukraine.

More than humanitarian aid
Ukraine is not only defending its own territory.
Ukraine is defending the principles that should govern relations between states: democracy, human rights, international law and the right of peoples to determine their own future.
Supporting Ukraine means defending these principles everywhere.
The most relevant to the most vulnerable
Our task is to bring what will be the most relevant, what cannot be bought in Ukraine.
We are actively talking with our beneficiaries in order to approve the current list of the aid.
Our audience includes communities in frontline territories – where in winter there is active bombing and almost no light and heating.
In the face of the 2026-2027 winter, the convoy will focus on providing generating equipment, medical supplies and transport.
All aid supplied with be cleared with the relevant Ukrainian authorities for entry to Ukraine.

What is the Solidarity Convoy to Ukraine?
The Solidarity Convoy to Ukraine is a European initiative that brings together trade unions, civil society organizations and grassroots movements to deliver aid requested by Ukrainian partners and strengthen international solidarity with Ukraine.
Why is the convoy being organized?
Ukraine is approaching another winter under Russia’s full-scale invasion. Millions of people continue to face attacks on energy systems, water supplies, transport infrastructure, schools, hospitals and residential areas. The convoy aims to provide practical support while keeping international solidarity visible and active.
What are the main goals of the convoy?
The convoy has three main goals:
-Deliver assistance identified by Ukrainian benificiaries.
-Build lasting links between organizations across Europe and Ukraine.
-Defend the principles of democracy, human rights and international law.
Is this a humanitarian mission or a political initiative?
It is both.
The convoy provides practical support to communities affected by the war, but it also expresses solidarity with Ukraine’s right to sovereignty, democracy and self-determination. We believe that humanitarian support and the defence of human rights cannot be separated.
How is the aid determined?
The assistance delivered by the convoy is not decided unilaterally.
It is defined through ongoing dialogue with Ukrainian trade unions, civil society organizations and local partners in order to respond to the most urgent needs identified by affected communities themselves.
Who is organizing the convoy?
The convoy is being organized by a coalition of trade unions, civil society organizations and grassroots initiatives from across Europe, in cooperation with Ukrainian partners.

Is the convoy nonviolent?
Yes.
The convoy is a civilian and nonviolent initiative. Its activities are based on solidarity, cooperation and respect for human dignity.
Where will the convoy travel?
Before reaching Ukraine, the convoy will pass through several European cities where public meetings, discussions and solidarity events will be organized together with local organizations and movements.
When will the convoy take place?
The Solidarity Convoy to Ukraine is planned for November 2026.

Why do you speak about a just peace?
We believe that peace cannot simply mean the absence of fighting.
A just peace for Ukraine must be based on respect for its sovereignty and territorial integrity, accountability for war crimes, reparations for the destruction caused by the invasion, and the restoration of international law.
How can I get involved?
You can support the convoy by:

How can organizations endorse the convoy?
Organizations can endorse the initiative by signing the public endorsement statement, sharing the campaign through their networks, hosting events during the convoy’s journey, and contributing resources or expertise to the mission.
Can people support the convoy even if they do not participate?
Absolutely.
Many people will support the initiative without traveling. Public endorsements, donations, local events, media work and outreach are all essential parts of making the convoy successful.
